- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Thrilled with Zounds-and Nicole, the manager. My husband got Zounds a year and a half and loves them(and so do I, I don't have to repeat everything!) Now I need hearing aids so of course I went to Zounds and love them also. Especially, the charger. No buying batteries or replacing them. Nicole is a gem! She is so patient, caring, gives a lot of instructions, asks if we have questions, didn't rush or pressure us. It is hard to find this caliber of service.
